Mr. Roarke takes Arnold to the club he is going to meet Francesca again in. From the outside it looks like an ordinary bar.

Once inside the quiet bar, Arnolds fantasy begins. The quiet pub is transformed to the same noisy meeting place he was in 30 years ago in London. Suddenly , there are sirens and an air raid begins. Arnold is left behind, that is, until she walks into the room.

It was Francesca Hamilton (Sandra Dee), the same beautiful chorus girl he met 30 years ago. After speaking briefly, they dance to "Moonlight Serenade" playing on the jukebox. Francesca invites Arnold over for dinner that evening.
