Falling In Love...




          It wasn't too long before Sandy began to change her mind about Bobby. The atmosphere on the set of "Come September" was fun and she was working with kids her own age for a change." It was the first time that she been out with a lot of young people," one of her friends from the location remembers." The first time she had a chance to know anybody. And she was tearing around all over the place, having a ball."

          At first Bobby and Sandra went out on the town with the other teenagers on the set, in between shooting the film and doing publicity pictures for the film. It was several weeks before they had there first date alone at the elegant Hosteia dell'Orio in Rome. They also rode through the park in an open carriage, Sandra later said," He shut his mouth and he lay in the carriage and his head was almost in my lap. I looked and I thought, 'With his mouth shut he's not as obnoxious'".
