Our thoughts and prayers are with her son, Dodd Darin and his family.

Sandra Dee was without a doubt one of the most talented and beautiful actresses of her era. Starting out as a model, she rose to fame in many successful and memorable movies of the 1950's and 1960's including "Gidget", "A Summer Place" and "Tammy & The Doctor". Sandra brought to the screen a freshness, a wholesomeness and an innocence which endeared her to everyone.

In 1960, Sandra was married to teen idol Bobby Darin, and they had one son, Dodd. Sandra's career also included recordings, magazine covers, and TV appearances. She has brought so much joy to her fans who continue to love her and thank her for all the happiness she has given us.
